Marshen Properties LLC is locally owned and operated by Frank Marshen out of Vanceboro, North Carolina.  Most of our projects are larger remodels, but that is not all we do.  We also specialize in home repairs/handyman services.  Window broken, piece of trim that needs fixing or a leaky sink that needs attention, we will be there for you.
Our services range from Wood Rot Repair, Painting, Carpentry, Sheetrock, Roofing, Insulation, Tile Work, Flooring, Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling, and most major and minor home improvements.  We also do small jobs for local businesses.  Because not all repairs can be attended to during the week, we try to make exceptions for helping our customers on Saturdays too.
In addition, we work closely with many realtors in the Eastern Carolina area reviewing and evaluating inspection reports and pest problems.  Striving to do our very best is our mission and we put our customers and their needs first.  Estimates are always free and done in a prompt manner.  Our estimator will give you his honest opinion of the work that needs to be done at a fair competitive price.  We look forward to serving you.

Starting outside, Marshen Properties can help build your dream porch or wrap around deck.  We can powerwash an old deck and bring it back to life.  If you have a small deck or just some steps coming out from your front or back door, we can build a deck to enhance your home and give you the space to grill with friends or put patio furniture on to enjoy the North Carolina weather.  We also build fences, ponds and gardens, trellises, overhangs, lean-to's, etc.  If you are having any problems with wood rot, we can fix the problem to make your home safer.  Repaint your home, add some flower beds, change the windows...anything to give your house some curb appeal.  

Moving onto the inside, we can help you renovate any room or an entire house.  Tired of your bathroom?  We can tile the whole bathroom, build you a custom shower or just refresh it with a little paint.
